Summary: As a Packaged Software as a Service Application Engineer, your typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or Software as a Service applications to meet evolving business requirements. You will manage application features, oversee release processes, and ensure the stability and performance of systems. Collaboration with various stakeholders and teams is a key part of your role to maintain seamless integration and alignment with organizational goals. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate communication and coordination among team members to ensure project milestones are met effectively. - Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for process optimization within the team. - Mentor and guide team members to enhance their skills and promote knowledge sharing. - Monitor project progress and provide timely updates to stakeholders to maintain transparency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in ServiceNow. - Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities including configuration, customization, and integration. - Experience with scripting and automation within ServiceNow to streamline workflows and improve efficiency. - Familiarity with APIs and low-code development tools to extend application functionality. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues to maintain system reliability and performance. - Proficient in managing application releases and version control to ensure smooth deployment cycles. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required
