Summary: As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role includes managing application features, overseeing release processes, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. Collaboration with various teams and utilizing standard tools and application programming interfaces are integral to aligning solutions with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility and efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration and deployment of application updates. - Mentor team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities. - Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues to maintain high availability. - Facilitate communication between stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Oracle SOA OSB. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Software Engineering. - Strong knowledge of service-oriented architecture principles and best practices. - Experience in designing, developing, and deploying integration solutions using Oracle SOA Suite and Oracle Service Bus. - Familiarity with application programming interfaces and middleware technologies to enable seamless connectivity. - Ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues and optimize system performance. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle SOA OSB. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
