Summary: As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role includes managing application features, overseeing release processes, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. The engineer collaborates with various stakeholders to align technical solutions with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across platforms and tools. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of application features. - Mentor team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities. - Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues to maintain service quality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Apigee. - Strong understanding of API management and gateway technologies. - Experience with designing, deploying, and managing scalable API proxies. - Familiarity with cloud-based integration platforms and low-code development environments. - Knowledge of security protocols and best practices in API lifecycle management. - Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance in distributed systems. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Apigee. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
