Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Use standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while preserving compatibility and performance.

Summary: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role includes managing application releases, ensuring system stability, and adapting features to align with organizational needs. Collaboration with various teams and utilizing standard tools and application programming interfaces to maintain compatibility and performance are integral parts of daily activities. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective application configurations. - Monitor application performance and implement improvements to enhance user experience and system reliability. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to promote continuous learning and development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management. - Strong understanding of IT service management principles and best practices. - Experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules to meet business needs. - Familiarity with integration techniques using APIs and web services. - Ability to utilize low-code platforms for efficient application development and deployment. - Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to maintain system stability. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
