Packaged/SaaS App Engineering Lead

Summary: As a Packaged Software as a Service Application Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the design and continuous improvement of packaged or cloud-based solutions. This role includes managing configurations, integrations, and software releases while ensuring that platform standards are maintained to support system stability and optimal performance. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs and vendor requirements is a key aspect of daily activities. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices to enhance team productivity and solution quality. - Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met. - Mentor team members to foster professional growth and technical expertise. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and technology adoption. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll. - Strong knowledge of payroll processing and compliance within cloud environments. - Experience in configuring and integrating cloud-based human capital management solutions. - Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide effective resolutions. - Familiarity with release management and deployment strategies in SaaS platforms. - Excellent understanding of system performance optimization and platform stability. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required
