Your Role And Responsibilities
As a
Package Consultant specializing in Billing & Digital Subscription, you will implement and optimize cloud-based billing and subscription management solutions that support recurring revenue models and digital monetization strategies. You will work closely with finance, product, IT, and customer success teams to ensure alignment with business goals, regulatory requirements, and customer experience expectations. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Configure Subscription Products: Configure subscription products, pricing tiers, billing cycles, and revenue recognition rules to support complex pricing models and usage-based billing.
- Integrate Billing Platform: Integrate the billing platform with CRM, ERP, payment gateways, and customer portals to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with finance, product, IT, and customer success teams to ensure that the selected billing solution aligns with business goals and customer experience expectations.
- Optimize Billing Solutions: Implement and optimize cloud-based billing and subscription management solutions to support recurring revenue models and digital monetization strategies.
