  • Responsibilities :
  • Oversee the integration and maintenance of AI-enabled chatbot solutions to enhance customer interaction and support.
  • Manage and optimize networking systems to ensure reliable and secure connectivity across the organization.
  • Provide timely incident management by identifying analyzing and resolving technical issues to minimize downtime.
  • Ensure efficient service desk operations by implementing best practices and leveraging Service Now for ticket management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and improve Windows environments ensuring they meet business needs.
  • Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to maintain optimal IT infrastructure performance.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for systems and processes to facilitate knowledge sharing and continuity.
  • Implement security measures and protocols to protect organizational data and systems from potential threats.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects ensuring alignment with company goals and timelines.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users enhancing their experience and productivity.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to recommend improvements and innovations.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure quality and timely delivery of IT services.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT processes and systems to drive efficiency and effectiveness. -Qualifications
  • Possess a strong understanding of AI-enabled chatbot technologies and their application in customer service.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in networking concepts and practices ensuring robust and secure systems.
  • Have experience in incident management with a focus on quick resolution and minimal disruption.
  • Be skilled in using Service Now for efficient service desk operations and ticket management.
  • Show expertise in managing and optimizing Windows environments to support business functions.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
