We're looking for a seasoned Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Operations Senior Manager to lead delivery, strengthen client relationships, and elevate performance across multiple teams.
About the Role
As a Procure-to-Pay Operations Senior Manager, you will lead service delivery across client portfolios, ensuring operational excellence, SLA compliance, and continuous improvement. You'll collaborate closely with leadership and play a key role in driving both performance and people engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Support sales opportunities and solution delivery using Accenture's full capabilities
- Build strong client relationships with Client Account Leadership
- Lead service delivery strategy across one or more client portfolios
- Address performance issues and implement continuous improvement plans
- Ensure achievement of project targets and SLA commitments
- Manage recruitment, staffing, and team engagement
- Handle risk mitigation decisions across multiple teams
- Oversee task prioritization and execution with regular leadership alignment
Must-Have Qualifications
- 5–10 years of supervisory experience
- 8–12 years of relevant Procure-to-Pay experience
- Experience in at least one of the following:
- Purchase Order Creation
- Invoice Processing
- Payment Processing
- Must already have the right to live and work in the Philippines
Good-to-Have
- Experience managing multiple teams or large delivery portfolios
- Exposure to SLA-driven environments and continuous improvement initiatives
- Strong background in client-facing operations
