This is a
replacement role for an experienced and detail‑oriented professional to manage
payment in Procure-to-Pay operations, with primary coverage of the
China market and potential rotation opportunities based on evolving business needs.
Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of all scheduled payments.
- Maintain high compliance standards and a strong control environment.
- Deliver excellent service to suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Minimize payment failures, errors, and operational risks.
- Drive process improvements and automation opportunities.
- Support business continuity and operational efficiency within the P2P function.
About you
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Payment Operations, P2P, Treasury, or Shared Services environment.
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
- Experience working with banking platforms and electronic payment processes.
- Shared Service Center (SSC) or multinational company experience is preferred.
- Fluency in both written and spoken Chinese and English is required
