Job Summary
- Administers acquired assets and monitors the payment of taxes due for transfer of ownership, payments of utilities and other non-tax expenses.
- Assists the Ownership Enforcement Section Head in coming up with recommendations in enforcing ownership of acquired properties.
- Responsible for the management of Acquired and Bank-Owned Property accounts endorsed to accredited External Service Providers (ESP) of the Bank.
How will you contribute
- Assists the Head of Ownership Enforcement Section in assessing the requirements of the following:
- a. Consolidation/Transfer of Ownership
- b. Certificate of Sale Registration and all other registrations related to ROPA.
- b. Tax Assessments and Payments
- c. Documents needed/required by Internal and/or External Service Providers in the consolidation/transfer of ownership of all ROPA accounts.
- d. Evaluation and preparation of Oracle on Litigation and Sundry expenses of all ROPA and Bank-Owned properties related to consolidation and title and tax declaration transfers.
What will make you successful
- Graduate of a 4-year course preferably a business-related degree
- Knowledge on property management and bank operations.
- Computer-literate (proficient in MS Office), Organized, Honest and High attention to details.
