The Owner Success Representative is the primary point of contact for property owners, ensuring they feel informed, valued, and confident in our management partnership. This role balances attentive communication with operational coordination to maintain strong relationships and drive retention.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the dedicated liaison for assigned property owners, responding to questions about statements, bookings, maintenance, and performance.

Provide regular updates and insights to owners to ensure transparency and satisfaction.

Coordinate internally with accounting, maintenance, and guest experience teams to resolve owner issues quickly and accurately.

Support new owner onboarding and contribute to ongoing relationship-building efforts.

Track owner sentiment and feedback to identify risks or opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications: Requirements / Qualifications:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer service orientation.

Prior experience in property management or hospitality preferred but not required.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Already familiar with (or a proven ability to quickly learn) property management systems, pricing tools, and reporting tools.

Comfortable working in a growing, fast-paced company that values learning and adaptability.
