Outsystem Developer

JOB SUMMARY

Designs, codes, and maintains applications by following established standards and requirements. Works closely with business stakeholders and other cross-functional teams/roles to build user-friendly, reliable, and efficient applications.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop, test, and deploy applications based on business and technical requirements.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following established standards.
• Assist in analyzing user needs and translating them into technical solutions
• Participate in debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving software defects.
• Ensure applications are developed with high standards of performance, security, and usability through unit testing and code reviews.
• Work closely with the business stakeholder, digital innovation lead, project managers, ui/ux designer, and senior developers to understand requirements and delivery solutions.
• Document technical specifications, system architecture, data flows, and code changes
• Immediately trouble shoot and resolve application prod issues to support smooth business operations
• Ensure compliance with coding standards, best practices, and organization policies

JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years programming experience is required.
• Experience in web and/or mobile application development, with a strong understanding of development methodologies, programming languages, coding standards, and frameworks.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as OutSystems, HTML, CSS, Javascript, .Net, or others depending on the platform.
