JOB SUMMARY
The Outsourcing Manager Shared Services is accountable for the end-to-end performance,
governance, and continuous improvement of Entech Global Solutions outsourced and shared services operations.
While the role currently oversees Finance, Human Resources, and Business Development Support, it is deliberately designed to scale to other operational, administrative, or specialist functions that may be outsourced as the company grows.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Own service delivery performance across all outsourced/shared services functions
Establish and manage SLAs, KPIs, service standards, and escalation frameworks
Oversee current functions (Finance, HR, Business Development Support) and onboard future
outsourced scopes
Drive process standardization, documentation, and continuous improvement
Partner with functional leaders to resolve issues and support growth
Lead outsourced team leads and build strong accountability culture
Ensure compliance, data integrity, and audit readiness
SCOPE OF FUNCTIONS (CURRENT & FUTURE)
Finance Support (AR, full accounts and audit)
HR Support (payroll coordination, HRIS, records, compliance)
Business Development Support
Operations Administration
Data, Reporting, or Systems Support
Other functions identified for outsourcing as the business scales
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Industrial Engineering or any related course
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
710 years experience in shared services, outsourcing, or operations
Proven track record managing multi-functional or expanding scopes
Strong governance, KPI, and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable operating in structured, compliance-driven environments
Singapore or regional exposure preferred
