Role Description The Outreach Pharmacist is a full-time, on-site role based in Quezon City. The role involves conducting community and patient outreach activities to promote safe, effective, and compliant medication use. Day-to-day tasks include providing medication counseling, participating in health education programs, coordinating with clinics and healthcare providers, and supporting public health initiatives. The Outreach Pharmacist will help assess patient needs, document interventions, and ensure adherence to regulatory and ethical standards. The role also requires collaboration with internal teams and external partners to plan outreach events, prepare educational materials, and report outcomes to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Licensed Pharmacist with a valid registration and good standing with the appropriate regulatory body.

- Strong knowledge of pharmacology, medication safety, and relevant healthcare regulations.
