Outlet Cashier, you're not just making guests feel at home – you're spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Responsibilities
Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
Administration
- Assists in making sure that the hotel is adhering to all Company/Hotel Human Resources Policies and Procedures.
- Assists in making sure that government-stipulated employee legislation is strictly followed and implemented.
Financial
- Keep oneself informed and updated of the Hotel's financial goals
- Ensures new technology and equipment are embraced, improving productivity while taking work out of the system.
Communication
- Ensures that all in-house rules and regulations are communicated to team members and implemented.
- Ensures that the confidentiality of all Team Member information and benefits packages must be strongly adhered to.
Guest And Team Member Experience
- Ensures a strong professional relationship with all levels of Team Members within the hotel, taking an active interest in their welfare, safety and development.
- Respectful of the time of the organization as well as that of other Team Members. Puts a high value in promptness for any related work attendance matters, be it training, meetings or daily work.
- Encourages Team Members to be creative and innovative, challenging and recognizing them for their contribution to the success of the operation.

In Addition, This Role Requires The Following Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training is a plus
- Proven experience in a similar role in a hotel
- Excellent communication, grooming, and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Friendly, professional, and guest-focused
- Able to work flexible shifts
