Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in outbound calling, scheduling, coordination, customer service, sales support, or a related customer-facing role
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong English communication skills with a clear, professional phone presence and confidence handling high-volume outbound conversations
  • Ability to manage high call volumes and fast turnaround requirements without compromising service quality
  • Excellent organization, prioritization, and multitasking abilities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when documenting interactions, schedules, and case information
  • Comfortable following structured workflows, service standards, deadlines, and performance targets
  • Proficiency with web-based systems and Google Workspace applications
  • Experience in call center operations, outbound sales, scheduling, workforce coordination, negotiation, or other high-volume environments is advantageous

Responsibilities

  • Secure case coverage by conducting outbound outreach to attorneys and law firms through phone, email, and text
  • Recruit and onboard new attorneys while strengthening relationships with existing legal partners
  • Coordinate hearing assignments, schedules, court requirements, and related logistics to keep cases moving on time
  • Negotiate attorney rates, pricing, and coverage terms while meeting established negotiation and assignment targets
  • Monitor active case queues, prioritize urgent matters, and escalate complex or time-sensitive issues appropriately
  • Respond promptly to attorney questions, availability updates, and assignment-related requests while maintaining required response-time standards
  • Maintain complete and accurate records of communications, case activity, scheduling updates, and negotiated terms
  • Manage high-volume outbound activity while meeting daily assignment quotas, scheduling deadlines, and service commitments
  • Follow established workflows and quality standards while maintaining professionalism across every attorney interaction
