You own the outbound momentum and partner journey for a US-based leader in lighting solutions. You are not a customer support agent; you are a proactive specialist responsible for lead engagement, partner onboarding, and strategic quote follow-ups. You eliminate pipeline friction by maintaining rigorous CRM discipline and ensuring high-potential partners move from application to active project discussions without delay.

This is a high-accountability role that exists to bridge the gap between initial interest and closed deals. Best suited for outbound sales professionals who thrive in structured US-time-zone environments, value clear communication, and prefer defined delivery standards over reactive tasks.

You're Likely a Strong Fit If You Have

• Proven experience in outbound outreach, lead follow-up, or customer coordination roles.
• Comfort in working with CRMs such as HubSpot and confident in professional phone conversations.
• A keen ability to quickly grasp high-level technical products.

Strong Signals

• Experience in B2B sales or supporting partner programs.
• Exposure to lighting, electrical, or technical products (A plus but not a requirement)
• Familiarity with U.S.-based customer interactions and remote work setups.

Responsibility Pillars

Outbound Engagement & Lead Velocity

You own the initial momentum of the sales funnel, transforming interest into actionable projects.

• Engage with new and returning Partner Program applications through consultative phone and email outreach.
• Articulate the company's value proposition to warm and cold leads to drive enrollment.
• Facilitate partner onboarding actions and coordinate high-level handoffs to Project Developers.

Partner Onboarding & Workflow Governance

You ensure every new partner is integrated into the system with 100% data integrity.

• Manage the end-to-end partner setup within HubSpot and Klaviyo, ensuring correct workflow segmentation.
• Execute onboarding confirmations and provide professional introductions to the internal Project Development team.
• Maintain clean CRM data and document all interactions to support cross-functional transparency.

Quote Momentum & Deal Support

You act as a closer-support specialist, ensuring no quoted project stalls due to lack of follow-up.

• Execute priority follow-ups on customer quotes in HubSpot to address project status and timelines.
• Communicate non-technical updates effectively while recognizing when to escalate complex technical concerns to engineers.
• Adhere to strict communication protocols to maintain the premium brand standard of Flexfire LEDs.
