We are seeking a highly organised, proactive and competitive Sales Development Representative to join our team in the Philippines. This role is pivotal in ensuring the continued growth of our company as we enter the new AI era. 

Job Description:  

We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join Adaca's internal growth team who possesses the following qualities: 

  • Relationship-driven and personable 
  • Confident in speaking with new people you haven't met before 
  • Proactive in doing research about the customer and their business 
  • Genuine interest in technology and AI, and their use in business 

In this role, you will drive outbound prospecting efforts, generate qualified pipeline, and book meetings that directly contribute to Adaca's business growth. You will work closely with our Sales/Operations Manager, leveraging AI-powered tools, and a structured outreach approach to identify and engage prospective customers in Australia. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation 

  • Prospect for new clients through sales-sourced leads and maximise lead allocation 
  • Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients through calls, with emails and other outbound tactics automated by Adaca's AI 
  • Use Adaca's proprietary technology and AI-powered tools to generate leads and follow up with strategic outreach to book qualified meetings 
  • Research and understand prospects before making contact to ensure relevance and quality of outreach 
  • Run structured discovery conversations to qualify interest and convert cold leads into pipeline opportunities 

 

Sales & Campaign Development 

  • Book qualified meetings for the sales team in Australia through disciplined outbound activity 
  • Contribute to campaign development and outbound experiments that drive demand 
  • Test new markets and refine messaging in collaboration with our Sales/Operations Manager and our Founder 
  • Track and provide feedback on sales performance including pipeline, acquisition results, and market conditions 

 

Cross-functional Collaboration 

  • Work directly with the Sales/Operations Manager to execute on Adaca's GTM strategy 
  • Serve as an internal voice of the market by sharing prospect insights with the product and leadership team 
  • Ensure quality standards and daily productivity targets are met 
  • Adhere to Adaca's sales practice policies and compliance requirements 

 

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): 

  • Call Contact Success Rate 
  • Meeting Success Rate (i.e. meetings booked) 
  • Closed Deals from Booked Meetings 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Demonstrated track record of achieving strong growth goals  
  • Outbound B2B experience is required regardless of industry 
  • Experience in similar industries to Adaca (e.g. technology, BPO, etc) or to our customers (financial services, healthcare, supply chain and logistics, mining, construction) are beneficial 
  • Experience in B2B Account Development/Management for medium sized accounts (50 to 1,000 staff) is advantageous 
  • Naturally curious with confidence in asking questions and comfortable in making outbound phone calls 
  • Resourceful and adaptable, thrives in early-stage, fast-paced environments with limited resources 
  • Passionate about AI and motivated to be part of a team building the future of sales 
  • Coachable with a strong desire to continuously develop your sales skills 
  • Experience working with international customers or companies (outside PH) is required, with experience working with Australian customers beneficial 
  • Consistent in meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) 
  • Familiarity with ICP-based targeting and SQL qualification frameworks 

 

Tech Stack Requirements: 

Sales & Outreach Tools 

  • CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent) 
  • Outbound sequencing/automation tools (e.g., Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, or equivalent) 
  • AI-powered lead generation tools (not required, as we will provide training) 

 

Communication & Productivity 

  • Video conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet) 
  • Business communication platforms (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams) 
  • Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 

 

Things to know about this role before applying: 

  • On-site only (Bulacan) 
  • Full-time (40 hours per week) aligning with Sydney, Australia business hours (7am to 4pm PHT) 
  • Requires experience working with people outside the Philippines
