Outbound Sales Representative

About the Role

We are looking for confident and results-driven Sales Closers to join a fast-growing US-based skincare brand. If you enjoy speaking with interested customers, presenting offers, and closing deals, this opportunity offers strong earning potential and long-term growth.

Full-time remote / work-from-home position during US business hours.

Responsibilities

• Speak with warm leads and interested customers
• Present product offers and recommend solutions
• Handle objections and close sales
• Increase order value through bundles and subscriptions
• No cold prospecting required

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years sales or BPO experience
• Experience in inbound or outbound phone sales
• Strong English communication skills
• Comfortable presenting offers and closing deals
• Own PC/laptop and stable internet connection
• Goal-driven and performance-oriented mindset

Pay range and compensation package

• Base pay:
• Performance-based earnings on every sale
• Uncapped earning potential
