Job Overview

We are looking for Outbound Sales Representatives for our team. This position involves teamwork, strong written and verbal communication, and a desire to deliver happiness to our prospects and customers. In this role, you'll play a crucial role in researching and prospecting businesses, aiming to generate qualified opportunities for our sales teams.

You will be responsible for completing multiple outbound activities daily, utilizing various channels such as calls, emails, social selling, and video messages. It's important to note that many of these outbound activities may result in rejection from prospects, and we are seeking individuals who are resilient and persistent to pursue new opportunities.

What you'll do:

  • Perform multiple outbound activities a day, including calls, emails, social selling, and video messages.
  • Achieve quarterly qualified opportunity quotas, collaborating closely with the sales teams to achieve set goals.
  • Partner with our sales teams to prioritize and select target accounts based on our business objectives.
  • Engage and communicate with Gatekeepers, Decision Makers, and Business Owners to understand and address their specific business needs.
  • Ensure consistent and accurate data entry by maintaining and updating Salesforce with relevant prospect information.
  • Utilize a wide array of sales tools to enhance outreach and prospecting efforts.

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • 1 Year BPO experience with strong English communication and writing skills.
  • Experience in selling telecommunications, cloud services, mobility/wireless products and services is an advantage.
  • Experience with cold calling, prospecting, and familiarity with B2B/B2C is highly preferred.
  • Experience in building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
  • Develop and deliver multi-mode communications tailored to the unique needs of various audiences.
  • Active learning through experimentation when tackling new problems, using both successes and failures as opportunities for growth.
  • Resilience and eagerness to take on new opportunities and challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm.
  • Amenable to a hybrid setup after full onsite training and US working hours.
