Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, telesales, or business development; experience in the medical or pharmaceutical industry is a strong advantage.
- Strong cold-calling and closing skills with a target-driven, hunter mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, confident in handling sales conversations with decision-makers.
- Ability to explain technical or product information clearly and persuasively.
- Comfortable using CRM systems, digital outreach tools, email, and messaging platforms.
- Highly results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and accounts.
- Willing and able to work on-site in Ortigas, with the possibility to transition to work-from-home depending on performance.
- Amenable to working with US-based clients and adjusting to required time zones if needed.
- Professional, ethical, and compliant with company policies and regulatory standards.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Promote and increase brand awareness of the company's medical/pharmaceutical products through strategic sales activities.
- Conduct digital outreach, including emails, messaging platforms, and CRM-based follow-ups with hospital pharmacies and retail pharmacies.
- Perform live outbound calls to hospital pharmacies and drugstores to introduce products, generate leads, and close sales.
- Execute cold-calling sales strategies to acquire new pharmacy and hospital accounts.
- Present accurate technical and product information, ensuring clear communication of product benefits, usage, and compliance-related details.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacists, purchasing officers, and key decision-makers.
- Track leads, call outcomes, and sales progress, providing regular updates and reports to the sales team or manager.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with marketing and operational goals.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities within the medical and pharmaceutical space.
- Comply with company sales processes, ethical standards, and regulatory guidelines.
- Report on customer feedback, objections, and market insights to help improve sales strategies.
- Engage and manage sales activities for clients based in the United States.
