ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following:


Ø Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.

Ø Prospecting through cold calling and emailing, developing and maintaining a robust pipeline of potential clients.

Ø Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and lead conversations to gain insights from qualifying questions.

Ø Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align business development strategies, company objectives, and customer needs.

Ø Schedule handoffs with the assigned Account Manager when the lead is fully sales-qualified.

Ø Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.

Ø Display a courteous, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and supportive attitude towards all customers.

Ø Meet quantitative performance metrics as assigned.

Ø Escalate inquiries and requests as necessary to the manager, the appropriate department, or person.

Qualifications


➢ A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required; however, a college degree is preferred.

➢ Minimum of 2 years planning experience.

➢ Persistent & highly motivated.

➢ Passion for learning and sales; highly committed and disciplined; positive disposition and mindset.

Technical or specific skills


➢ Experience with Email marketing

➢ Probing for Sales; sales strategy

➢ Critical thinking

➢ Advanced proficiency in CRM tools

➢ Able to work under pressure and effectively manage stress

➢ Goal-oriented, ambitious, extremely motivated

➢ Advanced level of MS Office, MS window, and computer knowledge
