Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in Outbound Sales, Lead Generation, or Marketing, with proficiency in LinkedIn and sales strategies.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Willing to work in an office-based setup
Responsibilities:
Execute outbound sales outreach, including cold-calling, email, and social media engagement, to identify, attract, and maintain a constant pipeline of potential customers.
Deliver effective sales pitches and scripts tailored to specific customer needs and interests to convert potential leads into customers.
Coordinate and schedule meetings with prospective clients, including pre-qualifying leads, arranging sales presentations and consultations, and ensuring sustained engagement through diligent follow-ups.
Provide comprehensive details about products or services, addressing customer inquiries effectively, while maintaining discretion on pricing until appropriate.
Proactively source potential customer data from various channels and diligently follow up on sales inquiries through phone calls, emails, and other communication methods.
Accurately document customer details, responses, and transactional information, maintaining a meticulous log of interactions and lead progress.
Conduct market research and client surveys to collect insights about potential clients, market trends, and customer preferences.
Adjust sales strategies based on customer feedback and undertake additional responsibilities, including non-voice tasks, as directed by the supervisors.
