Outbound Sales Representative
LOCATION: Matina IT Park, Davao City
WORK SETUP: Office Base (Full-time)
WORK SCHEDULE: 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM (Graveyard/Night Shift)
WORKDAYS: Monday to Friday
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers from provided lead lists
- Present product features and benefits in a compelling and persuasive manner
- Identify customer needs and match them with appropriate solutions
- Handle objections professionally and guide prospects through the sales process
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets
- Accurately document all call activities and outcomes in the CRM system
- Follow established scripts and sales processes while personalizing conversations
- Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions
- Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English (neutral accent preferred)
- 1-2 years of call center or sales experience
- Strong active listening skills and ability to build rapport quickly
- Comfortable with technology and learning new software systems
- Resilient personality with ability to handle rejection
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous outbound sales or telemarketing experience
- Experience in B2C or B2B sales environments
- Familiarity with CRM and dialing systems
- Customer service background
