Minimum Qualifications:

- At least 3 months of call center experience handling a voice campaign is required.

- Preferably with Sales or Collections Background

- Excellent communication skills

- At least a high school graduate

- Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules/holidays/weekends

- Must be willing to work in Taguig

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in Inside Sales and Outbound Sales, with a focus on meeting sales quotas and driving revenue growth.
• Strong Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, qualifying, and nurturing potential clients through multiple communication channels.
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills, with the ability to build rapport, handle objections, and negotiate effectively.
• Prior experience in customer experience, technology services, or B2B sales is an advantage.
• Comfort using CRM systems and basic productivity tools to track activities and manage pipelines.
• Ability to work on-site in Antipolo, follow structured processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• High level of professionalism, resilience in a target-driven environment, and commitment to ethical, inclusive business practices.
• Relevant education or training in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
