- Proven experience in telesales, outbound sales, customer service, or call center environments
- Excellent verbal English communication skills
- Ability to build rapport and trust quickly over the phone
- Strong objection-handling and sales-closing skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
- Experience using CRM systems
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment

- Experience in property, rental, housing, or finance-related sales
- Background in lead generation and outbound prospecting
- Experience supporting customers in New Zealand or Australian markets
What You'll Be Doing
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up on all new customer applications promptly
- Qualify and engage inbound leads from Meta (Facebook and Instagram)
- Build trust and rapport with potential customers
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable cabin solutions
- Guide customers through the complete sales process: Enquiry → Approval → Quote → Sign-Up
- Handle objections professionally and confidently close sales
- Conduct consistent follow-ups to maximize conversion opportunities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records
- Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Delivery, and Accounts
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout every interaction
