We are looking for an experienced, high-energy Outbound Sales Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to warm and cold leads in the USA, presenting our insurance solutions, and driving conversions.
You don't need to worry about figuring out what to say—proven scripts and rebuttals will be fully provided. Your job is to bring the script to life with a confident, persuasive delivery and handle objections smoothly.
Job Details- Type: Part-Time (Independent Contractor)
- Schedule: 4 hours per day / 80 hours per month
- Shift Timings: Eastern Time (ET) business hours
Key Responsibilities- Make outbound calls to prospective insurance leads across the US during designated Eastern Time hours.
- Deliver provided scripts naturally and professionally without sounding robotic.
- Overcome objections confidently using the training and rebuttal guides provided.
- Qualify prospects, identify their needs, and guide them through the initial sales or transfer process.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all interactions in our CRM.
Requirements & Qualifications- Must have solid experience as an outbound call center agent.
- Prior experience in the Insurance industry (e.g., life, health, auto, or property) is highly preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills. A clear, natural American accent is a major plus.
- Proven track record of hitting performance targets, talk-time metrics, and sales quotas.
- Exceptional listening skills and the ability to think on your feet when handling objections.
- Reliable high-speed internet, a quiet dedicated workspace, and a professional headset setup.
