The Outbound Inventory Staff role is a full-time, on-site position based in Binangonan. This role is responsible for managing outbound stock movements, including picking, packing, and dispatching products according to delivery schedules and documentation requirements. Typical tasks include conducting physical inventory checks, verifying item quantities and labels, preparing shipment documentation, and coordinating with warehouse, logistics, and sales teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment. The role also involves monitoring inventory levels, reporting discrepancies, maintaining organized storage areas, and following safety and quality standards. The Outbound Inventory Staff is expected to interact professionally with internal stakeholders and, when needed, support customer-facing processes related to outbound orders.
Inventory Management
- Monitor and ensure the accuracy of outbound inventory records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and B365 system.
- Verify stock availability and allocate inventory based on customer orders and shipment schedules.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies related to outbound transactions.
Order Processing & Fulfillment
- Process customer orders and transfer requests accurately and promptly.
- Prepare picking lists and ensure correct item selection and quantity fulfillment.
- Coordinate with warehouse personnel for picking, packing, and staging of outbound shipments.
- Ensure all outbound orders are completed according to company procedures and customer requirements.
Inventory Accuracy & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to FIFO (First-In, First-Out), FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out), or other inventory management practices as applicable.
- Follow company safety, quality, and inventory control procedures.
- Participate in inventory audits and stock reconciliation activities.
Documentation Preparation and Control
- Prepare and process outbound documents accurately and on time, including:
o Delivery Receipts (DR)
o Picking Slip
o Return Slip
- Verify that documents match actual quantities, item descriptions, lot numbers, and destination details before dispatch.
- Coordinate with the sales coordinator, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure complete documentation.
- Maintain organized records of all outbound transactions for audit and traceability purposes.
- Ensure required customer and regulatory documents accompany shipments.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly outbound inventory reports.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, returns, stock movements, and adjustments.
- Monitor and report any documentation discrepancies that may affect order fulfillment or delivery.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Physical Inventory, Inventory Control, and Inventory Management.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills.
- Attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and basic numeracy for counting and reconciliation are required.
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks, work on feet for extended periods, and follow safety procedures in a warehouse environment.
- Experience in outbound logistics, warehouse operations, or related roles is an advantage.
- Basic computer literacy for using inventory systems and office applications is beneficial.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
