Job Title: Outbound Growth Manager / B2B Strategy

Location: Remote

We are hiring a Outbound Growth Manager / Outbound B2B Growth Strategy & Operations lead and optimize our outbound client acquisition engine. This is a strategic, hands-on role for someone who understands B2B outbound, cold email, LinkedIn, campaign testing, analytics, copywriting, and growth operations. We already have a research team finding open jobs, a LinkedIn specialists, and a marketing automation expert using tools like Clay, n8n, AI, and outbound platforms. Now we need the person who can bring it all together.

You will be the conductor of the orchestra — owning strategy, messaging, analytics, optimization, and execution across our outbound growth engine.

What You'll Own

  • Build and improve outbound campaigns across cold email, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Create playbooks for open-job outreach, client reactivation, lead nurturing, MPC/candidate marketing, and account expansion
  • Write and optimize B2B outbound copy, subject lines, follow-ups, and CTAs
  • Run A/B tests and use data to improve reply rates, positive replies, meetings, job orders, and revenue outcomes
  • Analyze campaign performance by market, vertical, message, lead source, and recruiter
  • Work closely with research, automation, sales, and leadership to improve lead quality and conversion
  • Bring new ideas, tools, workflows, and strategies to make our outbound engine stronger

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B outbound growth, demand generation, sales development, revenue operations, or growth operations
  • Strong hands-on experience with cold outbound email
  • Excellent B2B copywriting and campaign strategy skills
  • Strong analytical ability and comfort with campaign reporting, testing, and optimization
  • Experience with tools like HubSpot, Clay, n8n, Instantly, Smartlead, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar platforms
  • Strong written English
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable coordinating multiple people, tools, and campaigns
  • Experience in recruitment, staffing, SaaS, or B2B services is a strong plus
