Job Title: Outbound Cold Caller - Real Estate (AU Market)

Job Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: (11 AM - 7 PM Melbourne time)

Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Outbound Cold Caller to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential leads, qualifying prospects, and scheduling appointments for our real estate agents. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to build rapport with clients over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound cold calls to prospective property buyers, sellers, and investors.
  • Engage and qualify leads based on pre-defined criteria.
  • Schedule appointments for real estate agents and maintain an updated call log.
  • Follow scripts and sales techniques to persuade potential clients.
  • Handle objections professionally and nurture leads for future opportunities.
  • Maintain and update the CRM with accurate lead details and call outcomes.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and conversion goals.
  • Conduct follow-ups via calls, emails, or SMS to keep leads engaged.
  • Stay updated on real estate market trends in Australia to enhance conversations.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: 1-2 years of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales (real estate experience preferred).
  • Fluent English: Strong verbal communication skills with a neutral or AU accent (preferred).
  • Sales & Persuasion Skills: Ability to handle rejections and convert cold leads into appointments.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiar with CRM tools Not essential (e.g., GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce) and call dialers (e.g., RingCentral, Aircall, Zoom).
  • Target-Oriented: Self-motivated with the ability to meet and exceed KPIs.
  • Time Management: Strong ability to manage multiple calls and follow-ups efficiently.
  • Flexible Working Hours: Ability to work within Australian time zones.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Real Estate cold calling (Australia preferred).
  • Knowledge of lead generation and prospecting techniques.
  • Familiarity with Australian real estate laws & terminologies (training can be provided).

WORK FROM HOME REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 10 MBPS internet connection.
  • Backup internet connection (postpaid or prepaid).
  • Laptop or desktop with updated operating systems (at least core i5 or higher).
  • Backup laptop or desktop (at least core i5 or higher).
  • Headset with microphone for clear communication.
  • Willingness to use Time Doctor for monitoring.
  • Maintain a noise-free work environment during working hours.
  • Must not be currently employed full time elsewhere.
