The Role
We're seeking an
Outbound Caller. This role is designed for a highly motivated and enthusiastic professional with a strong background in outbound sales and customer engagement.
You'll play a key role in re-engaging inactive driver applicants and converting them into active drivers for one of our client's delivery partners.
Location: Must be in Colombia – Remote.
Environment: Colombian and International Teams.
Language: Advanced English and French (B2+ - C1).
Timezone: Monday to Friday –
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST/PDT.
Contract: Non-fixed Term Colombian Contract.
Requirements
- Education: Technical or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in outbound sales, telesales, or a related field. Experience in the gig economy, ride-sharing, or delivery service industry is a plus.
- Skills: English and French. Familiarity with CRM systems, strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, excellent written and verbal communication skills, results-driven mindset.
- Characteristics: Highly motivated, customer-centric, adaptable, proactive, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to a list of active drivers and share updates on available resources
- Maintain a high volume of daily calls while consistently achieving success targets and performance goals
- Record and update driver information in the company's CRM system accurately
- Improve techniques and strategies continuously based on performance data and industry trends
- Collaborate with team members and management to identify best practices and areas for improvement
