Your Role:

Job description
- Review and manage spreadsheets to identify missing documentation.
- Conduct outbound calls to clinics to follow up on and obtain required documents.
- Accurately update records and track responses in a timely manner.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with US-based clinics.
What You Need:
Non-negotiables- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Proficient ten-key typing skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle repetitive and detail-oriented tasks efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Customer-service oriented with confidence in outbound calling.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage call volume effectively.
