Job Description

Assists the DC Manager in overseeing outbound operations, ensuring timely picking, packing, and shipping of orders from the cold storage facility.
Coordinate with logistics teams, carriers, and warehouse staff to ensure efficient and accurate order fulfillment.
Ensure proper labeling and documentation of all outbound shipments, including compliance with safety and temperature control regulations.
Monitor the performance of outbound processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Ensure that products are picked and packed according to specific temperature and storage requirements.
Manage the coordination between inbound and outbound departments to ensure smooth product flow.
Perform regular checks on product inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock for outbound orders.
Ensure the cold storage environment is properly maintained to preserve the quality and safety of perishable goods during shipping.
Manage outbound shipping schedules and resolve any issues related to delays or discrepancies in orders.
Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or Equivalent
Work Experience: 1-3 years experience in the industry
