OUTBOUND APPOINTMENT SETTERS

We're building a strong team of experienced outbound setters who can confidently speak with US business owners, create genuine interest, and book qualified Zoom meetings for our sales team.

PHP 30,000/month base + Performance Commission

Shift: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM PH Time

Location: Remote – Philippines

What makes this role different

Our team builds a prospect's website before the sales conversation even happens.

Your job is to call the business owner, introduce what we've created for them, build curiosity, uncover interest, and secure a qualified meeting with one of our closers.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has 3+ years of outbound calling, appointment setting, SDR, BDR, telemarketing, or phone sales experience
• Speaks fluent, natural English
• Has a warm, confident, conversational phone presence
• Is comfortable with high-volume outbound calling
• Has experience speaking with US prospects/business owners
• Knows how to follow up consistently
• Maintains accurate CRM records
• Has reliable internet, headset, and remote work equipment
• Can consistently work US hours

Experience in web design, SaaS, SEO, digital marketing, lead generation, advertising, or B2B services is a strong advantage.

• Target of 5 booked meetings per day
• Strong qualified meeting/show rate
• Consistent outbound activity
• Excellent follow-up discipline
• Accurate CRM management
• Most importantly: quality appointments, not just numbers

This is not an entry-level setter position.
