Key Responsibilities:

• Call through an existing homeowner database. No data mining or list building.
• Ask a few simple questions: do they have a home loan, when was it last reviewed, and if no loan, are they thinking of buying or investing in the next year.
• Book qualified people into the client's calendar, usually within 1 to 2 days, and confirm name, mobile, email and time.
• Leave a voicemail on the first or second attempt only.
• Record every call outcome accurately in the system.
• Help refine the call script based on what is working.
• Follow up people who were interested but did not book and send emails to contacts who asked for one or agreed to it on the call. When there is no admin, the setter is calling.

Qualifications:

• Intermediate (1 to 3 years) or senior (3+ years) in outbound calling or appointment setting.
• Must have calling experience in finance or real estate.
• Calling Australian consumers preferred.
• Clear, confident spoken English and comfortable with Australian accents
• Proven outbound cold calling or appointment setting in finance or real estate
• Experience with GoHighLevel or a similar CRM and dialler
• Accurate, prompt note-taking in a CRM
• Resilient with rejection and keeps a steady call rate
• Adaptable and conversational rather than reading word for word from a script
• Collaborative: happy to suggest and test script changes
• Follows rules carefully (stays within what the caller can and cannot say)
• Reliable and self-managing during evening Brisbane hours
