Outage Maintenance Superintendent

As Outage Maintenance Superintendent, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle (readiness, execution, and closeout) of facility outages in strict adherence to the GNPD's Outage Management Guideline. You will work closely with Maintenance team to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Gate Review Compliance: Prepare and validate documentation for independent Gate Reviews at specific milestones (T-24 to T-1) to ensure readiness targets are achieved.
- Outage Scope & Planning Readiness: Coordinate with ETSV, Operations, and Maintenance teams to confirm job plans, work methods, and inspection hold points.
- Coordination: Conduct daily outage coordination meetings and monitor the execution of activities against the approved scope, schedule, and budget.
- Execution Closeout: Conduct closeout meetings to resolve outstanding Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), finalize invoice processing, and oversee site demobilization
- Contract Oversight: Administer service contracts to ensure strict compliance with all contractual terms and conditions.
- Budget Oversight: Monitor routine maintenance and outage costs against approved AOP, CAPEX, and OPEX budgets.
- Supervise and guide assigned outage maintenance section supervisors (Cost & Contracts Supervisors, Outage Planning Supervisor)

What You Will Need:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Electronics Engineering
- At least three (3) years of experience in Coal Power Plants
- Leadership Experience: At least two (2) years in a leadership role
