We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the integration and management of over-the-top (OTT) content services within a telecommunications and digital entertainment ecosystem. This role will drive the development of a unified entertainment experience across connected devices and digital platforms, ensuring seamless content discovery, subscription management, and user engagement.
The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams and external content partners to deliver an integrated viewing experience while leveraging network capabilities to enhance streaming performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Ecosystem Integration
- Define and execute the strategy for integrating third-party streaming and content applications into the organization's digital entertainment platforms.
- Drive the delivery of a unified user experience across set-top boxes, smart TV applications, mobile platforms, and other connected devices.
- Ensure seamless interoperability between partner services and the organization's digital ecosystem.
Content Discovery & User Experience
- Own product capabilities related to content discovery, universal search, and cross-platform navigation.
- Enhance user journeys by enabling customers to easily locate and access content available across multiple streaming services.
- Improve engagement through intuitive search, recommendation, and content access experiences.
Subscription & Monetization Solutions
- Partner with marketing and commercial teams to develop bundled service offerings that combine connectivity and entertainment products.
- Oversee billing integration initiatives that enable customers to manage multiple subscriptions through a consolidated payment experience.
- Support the optimization of subscription acquisition, retention, and renewal processes.
Partner Integration & Lifecycle Management
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for content and application partners, including technical integration, certification, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and platform compliance.
- Monitor application performance and oversee lifecycle updates as required.
Streaming Performance & Quality Optimization
- Collaborate with engineering and infrastructure teams to improve streaming quality and customer experience.
- Support initiatives related to content delivery optimization, network performance, and video quality enhancement.
- Ensure reliable delivery of high-quality streaming services across supported platforms.
Identity & Access Experience
- Lead initiatives that simplify customer authentication and access across integrated partner applications.
- Support the implementation of seamless sign-in experiences and account integration capabilities.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Knowledge of recommendation systems, customer personalization, or data-driven product development.
- Familiarity with advertising technology solutions and digital video monetization frameworks.
