OTT & CMS Operations Lead
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced OTT/CMS Operations Lead to oversee the day-to-day operations and publishing strategy of our OTT platforms and Content Management Systems (CMS). This role will be responsible for ensuring seamless execution, efficient workflows, and continuous improvements across all content operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee OTT/CMS operations, including publishing strategy and execution
- Work closely with the Channel Operations & Airtime Head on all matters related to OTT platforms, CMS operations, project management, and administrative requirements
- Manage and implement publishing schedules in alignment with deliverables from various business units
- Monitor and evaluate platform changes, updates, and enhancements
- Collaborate with PMO and App Development teams to troubleshoot issues and support testing and implementation of platform improvements
- Serve as the primary liaison between internal departments (Marketing, IT, NEO/IP) and external clients and partners
- Prepare and analyze reports related to content implementation, scheduling, and performance metrics
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflows and operational processes
Qualifications
- Proven experience in OTT platforms, CMS, or digital content operations
- At least 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong expertise in Content Management Systems (CMS) tools and workflows
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data reporting and performance tracking
