About this Position As an OT Security Control Testing Analyst, you play a key role in protecting Henkel's operational technology landscape and strengthening our cyber resilience worldwide. This position exists to ensure that cybersecurity controls in OT environments are not only defined, but consistently tested, understood, and effectively applied—supporting safe, reliable, and compliant operations across our sites. Working within a global cybersecurity and governance environment, you collaborate closely with OT site teams and internal stakeholders to bring clarity, structure, and confidence to control testing and assurance activities. You act as a trusted point of contact for OT cybersecurity controls, helping translate standards and regulatory expectations into practical, actionable outcomes. Success in this role means creating transparency, driving continuous improvement, and enabling sites to meet security and regulatory requirements with confidence—ultimately safeguarding Henkel's operations today and into the future.
What You´ll Do
- Execute and continuously improve cybersecurity control testing for Operational Technology (OT) environments
- Ensure OT cybersecurity controls align with Henkel's internal standards and applicable external regulations
- Conduct structured testing across OT assets, infrastructure, and supporting processes
- Partner with OT site teams to support consistent adoption of OT and IT control requirements
- Strengthen operational cyber resilience through clear documentation, tracking, and follow‑up of remediation actions
- Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for questions related to OT cybersecurity controls and testing
- Promote transparency, consistency, and continuous improvement in OT cybersecurity governance
What makes you a good fit
- Graduate of Information Security, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
- More than 3 years of relevant professional experience in OT Control Testing particularly supporting Plant Managers
- Advanced knowledge of ISO 27001 / NIST / IEC 62443 is preferrable but not required
- Advanced proficiency in English; Strong analytical skills with the ability to review, interpret, and document complex security and compliance materials
- Proven stakeholder management, project management, and influencing skills; Strong consulting mindset with the ability to provide clear, practical recommendations
- Excellent documentation, reporting, and communication skills; Data‑driven approach to performance tracking and reporting; High attention to detail and risk awareness
- Amenable to work on a day-shift schedule (10:00 AM to 7:00 PM) and report on a hybrid work set up in Ayala Avenue, Makati
