Job Title: OT Cybersecurity Expert

Position Description

The OT Cybersecurity Expert is a senior technical consultant responsible for providing advanced expertise and proactive guidance on all aspects of OT cybersecurity. This role involves identifying and addressing security gaps, supporting architecture definition, and independently executing complex tasks. The expert collaborates closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, particularly in pharmaceutical manufacturing, engineering, and automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform NIDS fine-tuning and maintain regular contact with automation teams.
• Deliver expert technical consultancy on OT cybersecurity topics.
• Proactively advise on organizational and technological aspects of OT cybersecurity.
• Identify and address potential security gaps, supporting remediation efforts.
• Independently complete complex assignments, defining and executing required steps.
• Proactively follow up on open tasks, ensuring accurate completion and escalation when necessary.
• Lead security incident handling and vulnerability management.
• Support the definition and improvement of OT cybersecurity architectures.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders in manufacturing, engineering, and automation environments.

MUST-HAVE Service Requirements

• Deep technical knowledge of OT cybersecurity principles, frameworks, and technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for gap analysis and remediation.
• Advanced skills in security incident response and vulnerability management.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proactive approach to task management and follow-up.
• Fluency in English.

NICE-TO-HAVE Service Requirements

• Proven experience in OT cybersecurity, ideally within pharmaceutical manufacturing or industrial automation.
• Track record of independently managing complex cybersecurity projects and tasks.
• Experience in security incident handling and vulnerability management in OT environments.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Prior involvement in architecture definition or improvement for OT cybersecurity systems.
• Experience working in international or multi-site teams, with willingness to travel frequently.
