OSP Site Engineer

Job description

The OSP Site Engineer oversees the implementation of outside plant telecom infrastructure projects. The role involves managing daily site operations, ensuring adherence to engineering designs, quality standards, and safety regulations. The engineer coordinates with stakeholders to resolve site issues and ensure project timelines are met.

• Supervise OSP works such as fiber optic/copper cable installation, conduit laying, pole placements, and splicing.
• Monitor contractors activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with suppliers, project managers, and other stakeholders for smooth execution of works.
• Conduct site inspections, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide solutions.
• Prepare progress reports, documentation, and as-built records for proiect completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered within set timelines and budget.

Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering or equivalent, preferably Licensed ECE

At least 1 year of work experience in FTTH or ODN Project

Excellent management skills is required for the position

Preferably with work experience related to Telecom construction
