ORMB Software Developer

Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ORMB Billing solutions to support complex business and billing requirements.
• Build scalable, high-performance, and maintainable applications using ORMB and Java technologies.
• Lead technical design discussions and contribute to software architecture decisions.
• Develop integrations, APIs, and billing workflows to support enterprise systems.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues, performance bottlenecks, and system defects.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Drive innovation by exploring and implementing AI-driven capabilities, including Generative AI, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and Agentic AI solutions.
• Support cloud-native deployments and modern software engineering practices.

Job Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on ORMB development experience, with a strong focus on billing implementations and enhancements.

Strong experience in:

• Oracle Revenue Management & Billing (ORMB)
• Billing configuration, customization, and integrations
• Java development
• REST APIs and enterprise application development
• SQL and database technologies

Solid understanding of:

• Software design and architecture principles
• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• CI/CD pipelines, Git, Docker, and Kubernetes
• API design and system integrations

Experience working with:

• Large-scale enterprise software solutions
• AI/ML-enabled applications and software solutioning
• Agile software development methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with:

• Generative AI, RAG, and Agentic AI Development
• Cloud-native application development
• Microservices architecture
• Modern DevOps and MLOps practices
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
