Job Description

The Medical City South Luzon is looking for an experienced Organizational Effectiveness Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for leading the development, implementation, and evaluation of operational training programs and learning materials to ensure compliance with Company, regulatory, and Joint Commission International (JCI) standards. The role is also responsible for maintaining audit -ready training records and documentation.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Design, develop, curate, and implement training programs and learning materials.
  • Partner with department heads and subject matter experts to identify training needs and close skill gaps.
  • Facilitate training sessions across departments, ensuring content is delivered effectively.
  • Coordinate the scheduling, logistics, and delivery of training sessions.
  • Track and report training completion rates, certifications, and compliance metrics.
  • Maintain accurate, audit-ready training records and documentation, ensuring readiness for internal and external audits or JCI accreditation requirements.
  • Stay current on regulatory and JCI standard updates, and revise training content accordingly.
  • Support onboarding-related training content, where applicable.

An effective Organizational Effectiveness Specialist must possess the following skills:

  • Training Design and Development – develop training programs and learning materials aligned to regulatory and JCI standards
  • Training Facilitation – deliver training sessions to different audiences
  • Compliance and Audit Readiness – monitor and maintain accurate training documentation and records
  • Needs Analysis – identify training gaps in partnership with departments
  • Communication Skills – Strong written and verbal communication; able to clearly convey requirements, facilitate discussions and deliver standard training programs, provide feedback and updates to leaders and stakeholders at all levels
  • Organizational Skills – Ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects and tasks while ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines

Tools and Systems

  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications (e.g. Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Working knowledge of HRIS platforms, Learning platforms and tools such as LinkedIn Learning

Qualifications

  • Candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources or related field
  • At least one (1) year of working experience in Learning and Development or related training or Organizational Development function; exposure to audit and compliance is an advantage
