JOB SUMMARY
The Organizational Development Senior Specialist drives performance management, talent pipelining, succession planning, and culture initiatives. This role partners with HR and business leaders to strengthen organizational effectiveness through data-driven insights and structured OD programs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support and implement organization development strategies and culture initiatives
- Develop, monitor, and evaluate Performance Development Plans (PDPs)
- Support succession planning and high-potential talent identification
- Analyze HR data to identify gaps and co-create solutions with business leaders
- Prepare dashboards, talent analytics, and reports for leadership decision-making
- Assist in engagement surveys, organizational diagnostics, and action planning
- Support change management initiatives aligned with business strategy
- Coordinate OD projects and cross-functional stakeholders
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 35 years experience in Organizational Development or Talent Management
- Strong background in HR Data Analytics and people metrics
- Experience in PDP, succession planning, and talent reviews
- Exposure to change management and strategic HR initiatives
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
