Job Summary
The OD Manager is responsible for driving organizational effectiveness through talent development, performance management, culture-building initiatives, and change management programs. This role ensures the organization remains agile, high-performing, and aligned with business growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Organization Development
- Design and implement OD frameworks and interventions
- Lead organizational restructuring and transformation initiatives
- Assess and improve organizational effectiveness
Performance & Talent Management
- Oversee performance management systems and processes
- Drive succession planning and leadership development programs
- Identify capability gaps and learning opportunities
Culture & Employee Engagement
- Develop engagement and culture-building initiatives
- Support employee experience and retention strategies
- Strengthen organizational values alignment
Change Management
- Lead change management initiatives across departments
- Facilitate communication and adoption of organizational changes
- Monitor impact and effectiveness of OD interventions
Requirements
- 5+ years in Organizational Development, Learning & Development, or HR Transformation
- Strong experience in change management and culture-building
- Proven track record in implementing OD programs
- Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills
