Job Description

The Organizational Development Manager is responsible for driving initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness, strengthen leadership capability, and support sustainable business growth. This role collaborates closely with business leaders and HR teams to improve organizational structure, team performance, employee engagement, and change readiness through data-driven and people-centered strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct organizational assessments and analyze workforce data, engagement results, and capability gaps to identify improvement opportunities and recommend actionable solutions
  • Lead organizational development initiatives including structure reviews, role alignment, workforce planning, and operating model improvements
  • Support business transformation programs by managing change initiatives, stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and employee adoption strategies
  • Design and facilitate leadership development, team effectiveness, and culture-building programs that promote collaboration, accountability, and high performance
  • Facilitate workshops, alignment sessions, and strategic discussions with leaders and cross-functional teams to address operational and organizational challenges
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence in strengthening talent management, succession planning, performance management, and capability development initiatives
  • Develop and standardize OD frameworks, processes, toolkits, and best practices to ensure consistency across the organization
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of OD programs through metrics, dashboards, and organizational health indicators

Key Deliverables

  • Organizational structure recommendations and implementation roadmaps
  • Change management and employee adoption plans for key business initiatives
  • Workforce and organizational health assessments with actionable insights
  • Leadership and team workshop outputs with corresponding action plans
  • OD frameworks, governance processes, and capability-building resources

Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Behavioral Science, Organizational Development, or a related discipline
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in Organizational Development, Change Management, HR Transformation, or related functions
  • Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity
  • Background in leading end-to-end OD programs, from assessment and design to implementation and evaluation
  • Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills, including experience engaging senior leaders and cross-functional teams
  • Certification or formal training in Organizational Development, Change Management, or related areas is an advantage
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate insights into practical business solutions
