Role Overview
The Organizational Development (OD) Manager is responsible for driving organizational effectiveness through the design and implementation of strategies related to organization design, performance management, culture transformation, and change management. The role focuses on aligning people, structure, and processes with business objectives, enabling sustainable growth, and strengthening overall organizational capability.
Key Responsibilities
Organizational Design & Effectiveness
- Develop and implement organization design frameworks that align structure, roles, and reporting lines with business strategy
- Lead organization reviews, workforce planning, and role clarity initiatives to improve efficiency and accountability
- Identify structural gaps and recommend solutions to enhance productivity, scalability, and operational effectiveness
Performance Management & Culture Development
- Design and continuously improve performance management frameworks aligned with organizational goals and KPIs
- Drive initiatives that strengthen a high-performance, accountable, and values-driven culture
- Partner with leaders to cascade goals, enhance performance conversations, and reinforce accountability across teams
Change Management & Transformation
- Lead and support change management initiatives related to organizational transformation, restructuring, and new business initiatives
- Develop structured change frameworks, communication plans, and stakeholder engagement strategies
- Ensure smooth adoption of changes through effective planning, monitoring, and reinforcement mechanisms
Talent & Leadership Development (OD Lens)
- Partner with HRBPs and L&D to align leadership development and succession planning initiatives with organizational needs
- Support the identification and development of high-potential talent through structured OD interventions
- Design programs that enhance leadership capability, team effectiveness, and organizational alignment
OD Governance & Frameworks
- Establish and maintain OD frameworks, policies, and tools aligned with internal governance and best practices
- Ensure consistency and standardization in OD practices across the organization
- Provide guidance on job architecture, competency frameworks, and role design
Stakeholder Management
- Partner with senior leaders, HRBPs, and business units to align OD initiatives with strategic priorities
- Act as a trusted advisor on organization effectiveness, culture, and transformation initiatives
- Facilitate workshops, alignment sessions, and organizational diagnostics with stakeholders
OD Analytics & Insights
- Leverage data and analytics (e.g., engagement surveys, performance data, workforce metrics) to diagnose organizational issues
- Develop insights and recommendations to improve organizational health and effectiveness
- Monitor and report on the impact of OD initiatives and transformation programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development, Business, or related field
- At least 8–15 years of experience in Organizational Development, Talent Management, or related HR functions
- Proven experience in organization design, change management, and performance management frameworks
- Strong background in stakeholder management and driving enterprise-wide initiatives
- Experience in organizational diagnostics, workforce analytics, and culture transformation is an advantage
Work Setup
- Must be willing to work 100% onsite in BGC.
