Position Summary:
Drives organizational effectiveness through assessment, design, manpower planning, change management, and the development of market-aligned compensation and total rewards strategies that support business objectives. This role ensures that organizational development initiatives are effectively aligned with the company's strategic priorities and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct organizational assessments to evaluate design, health, culture, and effectiveness, using qualitative and quantitative data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop, administer, and maintain assessment tools, surveys, diagnostics, and other methodologies to support organizational development initiatives.
- Support the design and execution of organizational development interventions such as team development, talent initiatives, performance management, succession planning, and organizational redesign programs.
- Conduct reviews of organizational structures to identify efficiency gaps, overlaps, or areas for improvement.
- Assist in mapping processes and workflows to ensure alignment with strategic and operational goals, providing actionable recommendations based on analysis.
- Execute assigned change management activities, helping manage resistance and sustain adoption during organizational transitions.
- Assist in workforce planning exercises, preparing analyses, reports, and forecasts to support informed manpower decisions.
- Support market benchmarking and pay structure activities by analyzing survey results and reviewing compensation frameworks to ensure competitiveness and alignment with business needs.
- Provide analytical and execution support for the annual compensation cycle, including merit increases, promotions, performance bonuses, and benefits plan reviews.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate brings a minimum of two years of hands-on experience in organizational development, compensation management, and total rewards. They are strategic thinkers with strong analytical skills and project management capabilities, able to interpret complex organizational data and translate it into actionable insights. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills allow them to effectively influence and collaborate across teams. A solid understanding of change management principles and total rewards practices is essential, and familiarity with the automotive industry is an advantage.
