Job Description

This role plays a key role in driving organizational effectiveness through assessments, design, manpower planning, change management, and the development of market-aligned compensation and total rewards strategies that support business objectives.

What You'll Do:

  • Conduct organizational assessments, including health, culture, and effectiveness evaluations, by gathering and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to identify key issues and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support the design and implementation of organizational development interventions such as team development, talent initiatives, performance management, succession planning, and organizational redesign.
  • Assist in managing change initiatives, helping the organization navigate transitions, address resistance, and ensure adoption of new processes or structures.
  • Contribute to manpower planning by preparing analyses, reports, and forecasts that support timely and informed workforce decisions.
  • Support performance management processes by helping design appraisal tools, define KPIs, coordinate review cycles, and analyze performance data to provide insights that guide leadership decisions.

Who We're Looking For:

You have at least 2 years of solid experience in organizational development, compensation management, and/or total rewards. You are highly strategic, analytical, and organized, with the ability to turn complex organizational data into actionable insights. You communicate clearly, manage stakeholders effectively, and bring expertise in change management, performance evaluation, and total rewards design. Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
