Organizational Design Specialist

We Are Unity&aposs Organisational Development Analyst position is a role well suited to a data-driven and curious professional who is able to support and elevate our organisational effectiveness through research, analytics, and insight generation. This role will work closely with internal stakeholders to surface meaningful insights from people data, enabling evidence-based decisions that drive performance, engagement, and strategic alignment for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support in planning, designing, and conducting research activities such as focus groups, interviews, surveys, and desktop reviews
• .Support the development of research frameworks, discussion guides, and data collection tools tailored to specific project needs
• .Assist in the synthesis of qualitative and quantitative research findings to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights
• .Collaborate with team members to turn research into compelling narratives, reports, and visual presentations
• .Contribute to evaluation efforts by collecting and analysing feedback and engagement data related to OD interventions
• .Support stakeholder engagement processes by coordinating research logistics and participating in client-facing sessions
• .Ensure rigour and consistency in research practices, including data quality, confidentiality, and ethical handling of information

Qualifications

• & Experience Bachelors degree in Psychology, Sociology, Human Resources, Organisational Behaviour,
• or related field.5+ years experience in an organisational development, research, or people & cu
• lture environment.Experience supporting qualitative and mixed-method research including interviews, focus groups,
• or survey design.Ability to analyse and synthesise people data, identifying key insights and trends fr
• om diverse inputs.Skilled in preparing reports and visual presentations that clearly communicate
• research findings.Familiarity with tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, survey software (e.g. Qualtrics, Google Forms), and basic analytics platforms (e.g. Power BI, Tabl
• eau) is preferred.Strong organisational and communication skills, with an ability to manage multiple research workst
